It is  deigned for 24" roll  it will take time to figure shipping. I know it' cheaper to ups to a business . 

I can get you a biz address in 32202. 

I will bring into work and box it up and get a rate. On Friday. 

Will it also cut vinyl?

Dude, I'll buy it, you cruise down and we'll do florida stuff. I'll even give you the first sticker out of the secret batch. Realistically though, it's not right- and I'd rather let someone who can use it immediately use it
