*SOLD*

I'm moving on Friday and absolutely have to get rid of this drill press. It will not fit in my suitcase.

It's less than a year old, it still works. I need it gone on Thursday.

This is a $280 press for $100. Add a cross slide vise and you can use it as a mill. Add a tubing notcher and make your own roll-cage. Surly somebody here can use this.

Too far for me I'm sure somebody will chime in for it shortly.

What is this cross slide vice to turn a drill press into a mill you speak of? I think I might need to learn more about this.

Good luck with the sale. I just bought a vintage craftsman 150 drill press and sold my high end ludell.

A cross slide vise is a vise that has X and Y adjustments as well as clamping jaws. When combined with a milling bit you can use a large drill press as a simple milling machine. They run between $90-$200 usually.
