Hi all,
I'm going a different direction with my car hauling needs to fit my urban living. The trailer is in storage in Troy MI.
It's a 16ft G&G dove tail with a wood deck. I purchased it new just over a year ago. Comes with ramps, I made extensions with 12x1 pressure treated lumber, not trouble getting low cars up the ramp. It has the budget camo HF winch installed, rated at 3000 lbs. Wood deck, brakes on one axle. New wheels with old corded tires. You should be able to get it home, I would not haul anything with it on those tires.
I'll try to get pictures posted next weekend when I'm back in Detroit.
$1750 OBO. Will consider trades, looking for 60-80's RWD sport sedans. BMW 2002, maybe a 320, others?
Ping me with questions.
Cheers,
Jeff

Do you have the title? Is it registered? Can it be inspected?
I am VERY interested! Email me: wvumtnbkrAThotmail.com

Thanks!

My brother kindly went and took some pictures for me yesterday. I can send them if you are interested, it looks pretty good but will need tires. You might be able to move it with what's on there. Bravenrace, I somehow missed your post. I'll get the info and ping you back tonight. Very motivated (like half challenge price).
Thanks,
Jeff

More info. $1006 dollars cash. Rated to haul 7000 LBS. I have the manufactures statement of origin, the original receipt, and the Alabama registration. AL did not issue a title. I can email photos, it will need tires. You should be able to put the spare on the one that's split and drive it home. Someone's got to want this. Thanks

Just paid rent on this again. I need it gone. 1/2 Challenge priced. Make me an offer, you can't insult me. The most I will do is say no.
What a deal. If I had a place to store it I would totally check it out.

Is it really rated to haul 7k, or is that the GVW? I need to haul 7k, but most trailers like that are 7k GVW.

I'll scan the spec document and email it to you. I'm pretty sure that is what it said.
In reply to Jeff:
Thanks. I'm interested, but need to make sure it'll do what I need.

I wish I had a way to get it back to NJ, but no way I'm making that trip towing with a 53 Studebaker truck that only does 45ish highway :)
I use one just like it, suspect it's the same manufacturer. Tows well. Heck of a deal.

GVW includes the weight of the car- just a note, I realize it's not helpful.
5 lug wheels= 3500 lb axles. Gross trailer rating is 7000. Rated capacity is that minus the weight of the trailer. Hope that is more helpful.
In reply to SVreX:
Thanks. Yes, I know that, which is why I asked. I need to haul a 7k lb tractor, so if it's 7k gvw, I'll be over weight by whatever the trailer weighs.
