For the wagon lovers in all of us <3

1962 Buick special station wagon - $650 (Dacula)

1962 buick special station wagon 3 row seat rear facing 3rd row. Folds up. Does have original 6 cylinder engine and trans. Motor not run. Sold as parts car or restore project. Not a lot of these left. It's not a full size wagon. Smaller like skylarks of the era. Make a good rat rod or drag body. Or build a driver out of it. Be a cool gas monkey style driver. Could just put in a drive trane and clear coat the paint as is and patina wagon. Or if you need the parts for another project. 650 or best offer. scrap price is around 500. But want to give it a chance to survive.

Since I've been looking at early-mid 60s stuff recently, this looks way-cool. Don't think I've ever seen one in person either.

ATLANTA!!!!

It says it has the 6, so that means it likely has the 225ci Fireball V6, the granddaddy of the 3.8L, 3800, etc. That means that it would be very easy to swap in a Grand National turbo V6 setup. The want is very strong with this one.

Headlights are already punched out for Ram Air, follow through.

Yes, I noticed the very same thing with the headlight buckets already opened.

I have a Buick engine and trans for this too.

Do those have the flat floor and IRS like the Tempest?

No IRS in the buick or olds versions. Conventional engine / trans combo, usually the alum. 215 v8. Pont. had the engine via ropedrive to the rear transaxle similar to the corvair suspension.

Oh my. The want is very strong but...

$650 for the car, $400 in fuel to go get it, $30k for the divorce,

DAMN IT!!!, I can't afford it.

Wow, Dacula. I actually know a guy who was born there. No, he doesn't live there any more.
