jeez, look at those tires!

I'd be considering it myself if my situation was different (ie, no debt/garage space/disposable income).

That place is crazy-bananas on prices IIRC. Also, that's a Missouri red plate...the state phased those out in 1998. That thing's been sitting a long time.

Man, they're cool though.

I've heard secondhand that they are mostly on consignment. But yes, the prices have been high as long as I've known about the place. Also, this particular Mercedes has been listed on that site for about 2 years, but the price used to be $2995 or something like that.

They have some bonkers stuff though, like this 1965 Dart with a Trans Am front end: http://countryclassiccars.com/dodge-dart-1965/vehicle-details/?vin=S3UZ39QMZUDZSPLCX

They want it, but I doubt they'll get it. Cars sit on that site for years usually.

This forum is dangerous. Based on a picture of an old rally car I just wasted an hour browsing all kinds of web sites, but did find a 64,000 mile, California 450 SLC for $3K, or whatever he would really take for it.

450SLC are nice. Currently looking for one for the wife as a bday present. Or a sbc swapped XJ6.
