Alright all, I'm posting this now with the intent of updating it with more pictures and information this weekend. I decided to keep my Courier and sell my old Civic Wagon instead.
I am the second registered owner and it has something like 175k on the odometer. I daily drove it for a year, and then pulled the engine trans for a swap. It's completely rust free. Like, none at all. The paint was redone at some point to prevent the rust spots that had started from spreading, and it's obviously not a great job. The body has plenty of dings and dents, but the only serious one I remember is when the passenger door started catching the fender and bending it in some. The passenger door probably just needs to be adjusted but right now doesn't open more than halfway without catching the fender. The roofline along each side has some dents/dings as well and the roof is wavy. I was able to source a gas door cover out of California so I do have one although it's not in the pictures. Also, the rear seats and hatch area interior are out but are present, as are a few steering wheels. I have the grill but removed it after losing the "H" from the center. One of the headlight chrome bezels broke a mounting tab and both of those are off but accounted for. The windshield should eventually be replaced as it is a little tricky to see through it when the sun is shining straight in. The Civic's (stock) curb weight is only about 2100 lbs with a full tank of gas. Dash has no cracks, no radio included. I have several boxes of new parts in the trunk. I can't remember all of them now but know that it includes bigger (bolt-on) rotors/calipers and new front LCA's. In addition, I was able to find a digital clock "console" that mostly works, although the buttons to set the time need to be messed with. I also found a shifter surround/ cassette holder center console that is allegedly really rare - a guy on one of the specific forums said that it's the 2nd one he'd seen outside of advertisements for whatever that is worth.
What I had intended to put in is a CA16DE and 5 speed trans out of a 1987 Nissan Pulsar. The engine is DOHC, coil on plug, and obviously fuel injected. I bought the whole Pulsar and pulled what I needed before scrapping what was left of the shell. Cluster showed something in the 170k's as well (still have that and can get pictures this weekend as well). The engine/trans is paired up and sitting in the Honda but is in no way anywhere near ready, and honestly doesn't fit in the stock engine bay very well. All accessories are in a box in the hatch area of the Honda as well. Wiring harness is complete and computer is included. I have FSM'S for the Civic and the Pulsar. Also have an extra hood.
Here's the bad/good news depending on who you are. I have already notched the front frame rails to allow clearance for the CA engine (did not notch them enough) They are not destroyed and you could probably patch them right back up and be fine, if not stronger than before. I believe a Honda B-series engine is a relatively straightforward swap. If the buyer is interested, I also have some 80's ARE mesh wheels (14x7) that are drilled to fit the Honda I will throw in at an extra price. They're as much of a project as the car and probably 3 need straightening, all need refinishing. I'm really not sure how to price this, but would love to see it go to a caring home. Call it $1050 OBO. Trying to sell together, do what you will after purchasing. The pics I have are below, should be able to snap and update some this weekend.

The wagon is at my parents house in Peachtree City, GA. In case it's not clear, it does need to be towed away. It's been sitting outside (but covered with a tarp and car cover) since July-ish, but the tires were new Feb. 2014 and should be fine if you use a tow dolly. Shoot me a PM on here or call/text at 678-431-4212 if you're interested. Not in a tremendous rush but do need it gone. I do have the clean, clear title in my name.
