I talked to the guy on this one; nice guy. I am probably going to look at this on the way back into town on Monday. If you can believe it, he told me that he only runs premium in this car so there may be hope after all!

I want to put a hopped up Dodge turbo engine or two in a certain untitleable Beetle.

I actually owned one of these for a half-second back in the 90's. Turbo was blown, but it drove, I gave $350 to a clueless young college girl for it not knowing what the hell I'd do with it until some guy came around and offered me $700 so he could stick the engine in his Omni, and I took his money and ran.

Ooh, so tempting...

I have 3 turbo mopars, and they are great cars! Easy to work on, and cheap to make fast! For $500 I would buy it! 86 and 87 Turbo I do have the small rods, which are only good for 200-250 hp.

If someone buys it, I have almost all of the parts to install the factory Turbo II intercooler I will sell for around $150 depending on how much of it you want.
