Not a bad price.
Cheap ST car for somebody, or hell, even a challenge car.
For what it's worth, that's also a Caymen Special Edition. Should have some ballin' outrageous color-matched rims.
Had a '94 like that in "Sunrise Red"(pink), with the matching wheels.
Damn I miss that car....

Oh man... i NEED one of those or the "Iris." (Sweet purple color.)
Those Sunrise Red cars are RARE.
Good price.
I miss mine and I bet this one has a lot less rust.
I think the Iris color is more rare. I've seen Sunrise used on T-Birds, Cougars, Tempo/Topaz, non-GT Escorts...hell they probably put it on F-150s too.
They should have cropped the photo a little so the parking spot just says "SERVED".

I've seen about 8 Iris Escorts, but only one Sunrise GT.
too bad its in atlanta, its a little too far for a roadtrip
Andrew
I had the POS 1.9L pushrod version of this for a while in the seafoam green... automatic...
it was still a great handling car... I assume a 1.8L BP engined version with a 5 speed would be a great little car!
looks like hes taken $150 off the price...

hmmm at 500 this is pretty tempting.
hmmm i do have some extra laptops....
Weird. I haven't seen an EGT around in a while, and after reading this thread on friday I saw two of the maroon-ish purple ones. It may have been the same car, just saw it twice in two totally different locations a few hours apart. It (or they) had the 15" sorta rounded, straight, seven spoke wheels.
That would have made it a '95, IIRC. I know my '94 had the more normal body-colored 5-spokes.

Pshaw... the 93 stock wheels are the best. The more rounded, sleeker 5 spokes.
The directional ones?
I always thought the 7-spokes would look good on a Miata. Maybe I should try to find a set...

Yeah, but there's two different styles of directionals 5 spokes.
93s had a rounder, softer, sleeker looking style. The rest were kindof ugly, in my opinion.
These are 93s.
I've got a very clean set for sale:

My girlfriend's stepdad scrapped mine.
Now we're just left with some black painted early "sharp" style. They're ugly.
FWIW, the 93s look GREAT polished.
