That seems to be a good deal on a rare car. We had an 89 SE with automatic and it was fun. This one has the more powerful engine and a manual. It ought to be a blast.
... and GONE. Also had an '89 SE Auto. Loved that car! The 1992-94 SE Manuals were like bigger, more powerful Sentra SE-R's. They has a limited slip and the DOHC V6. They were pretty fast in their day and handled great! I would love to get my hands on one for daily driver duty, but I haven't seen one in New England in about 12 years.
