A non-turbo Dodge Shadow in that condition should be as close to free as possible. Heck, I got my rare, turbocharged CSX for $100 with lots of spares!

I will never understand why folks feel the need to hang on to a car that stops running (if this thing had been running recently, it would have had more than 110,000 miles on it) and then letting it rot in the garage or driveway. Oh, wait, I'm forgetting about the TR3 I stopped restoring after getting the body painted. Forget previous remark.
