this is another auction car. it does not run have not talked to the PO and have no history on car it is the turbo, awd it is black with saddle interior it is not a stick car is very nice looking and has current PA emissions and inspection stamps. i know nothing about these cars but when i tried to start it the motor turned over very fast like no compression. i will post pics this weekend but looking for input.

i see pricing on these cars all over the place it only has 109k miles on it and the body and interior is really nice. what value do you guys think am i out of the ballpark on the number

Probably not out of the ballpark, but with a potentially catastrophically failed engine it might be an $800 car or so. A buddy of mine wants one as a parts donor to turbo his Volvo 960 wagon. I would run this by him to see if he wants it, but he just bought his seventh car and he has storage for about four.
I will except offers i have room to move just threw the number out there....the car is worth putting a engine in its that nice really but if someone wants to cut it up for parts so be it
Sounds like the timing belt went. These are great numb highway cruisers but no fun whatsoever. They have a FWD GM transmission, too. I do know that the motor parts can be used to build some really crazy stuff, though - IIRC an S80 T6 head and a 960 bottom end is the secret formula.
build a sleeper s60r, those angle boxes are a weak point in that part of their generation if you add too much horsepower.
