The reason I am asking here because here in the rusty, SUV-centric and automatic NE PA the pickings are very slim (at almost any price).

Saw these. None of theser fit the bill. No trucks and the Mustang dude frightens me. I have found some CRXs, Civics, etc. but most look look like they have been owned by 8-year-olds and no one will return calls after I leave messages. If I wanted a mid 90s SUV, I could have my pick.
Checked out a 93 Probe. Body and chassis were clean, but mechanically it looked like it was put together by disabled elves.
