'67 'Vair convertible

This one is mine.

It's a project that I'm ready to move on from.

1967 Corvair Monza convertible 4speed. Its a complete car, which has been sitting for a couple of years. When I parked it, it needed brakes and a fuel tank (rusted out). It has an original working electric top.

Since then, the top and interior have deteriorated, and the rust has advanced a bit. It has rust that is a little worse than normal in the South, but would be called rust free in the North. Basically minor surface rust in the rockers and fender lips. I've had it on a lift, and there is surface rust and a couple of minor holes in the floorboards- nothing major. Critters have built a nest in the engine bay.

It would make a good restoration project, or excellent candidate for a swap/ mod project. All trim and chrome is in good shape.

$750 obo. I'd like to see it gone. Located in Albany, GA 31721. Might be willing to help haul up to 3 hours.

Why to you tempt me so? It's been almost 20 years since I've been to Albany...but I like (cheap) Corvairs.

Made a couple of changes to the EBay listing.

To clarify- it's a PROJECT. Not a running vehicle. It is complete, and can be restored, but it is not running.

Price is currently $500. Auction ends Monday.

Price is still only $510. It's a steal. I WILL be selling to the low bidder.

It would be an awesome start to a Challenger. If you'd like to play with a Subie drivetrain, I've got a '95 SVX parts car with a great motor in it that I am also looking to sell. That will start you off with about 110% of the horsepower it started with!
