Looks solid - I've seen a few auto 2002s going cheap. It's not that hard to convert them to manuals.
I've got one, same color, '73 manual that starts right up on starter fluid, for $400.00. Have to get a Ga. title for it and unstick a coujple wheel cylinders though.
