This thread makes me sad that while I think a Volvo 240 or 740 with a V8 would be awesome, and might, maybe (it's a reach) could be made the household DD (maybe paired with a Th!nk for short hops), I think that a '70s/'80s American wagon is just not an image that the other half of the household is willing to rock. Especially if I get my fake wood trim.

Personally, I think that when she's ferrying the visiting Swedish executives around, I bet they'd dig the bonus Americana. They're fun guys.
