Converting to chrome bumpers is fairly easy.
The rear bumper is a direct bolt it.
The front bumper bolts in, but you need to cut a hunk of metal off the tip of the frame rails.
You also will need a valance panel or optional front spoiler and a grill with brackets.
I did mine in 2000 and scored all the parts off ebay. Figure about $500-700 with ebay parts.
