An EJ25D with a misfire - yuck!
Have you had this problem before in a EJ25D NGTD? Looks like a very clean Legacy. I wouldn't think a misfire would be something that would be a huge issue for that price with that miles. Am I missing something?
Bring spare coil. They tend to crack from the heat. They aren't pricey. Misfire on cylinder 4 on cars with individual coil packs per cylinder is a different story. This is likely bad wires, a bad plug or the coil.

They are known for internal HG leaks but as noted by sachilles it could be something simple like a coil.
The DOHC EJ25D is pretty scorned in the Subaru world. I had one that had 412k kms on it when I sold it though.
I love that body style Leggy. I would take the chance as long as it as clean as the pictures look.
