I'm located in Tampa, FL but I'm going to be moving to California shortly. Unfortunately, it makes much more sense for me to sell my car and buy another than to take it with me. I bought Shikaka from Adam, aka Sil80Redtop, and with the help of the Tampa Bay Miata's club mostly swapped in a 1.8 from a donor car.
The good:
The shell is in pretty good shape with only 111K miles
The top is in great shape with a glass zip-out window.
The car has a full 1.8 drivetrain including a torsen differential
As the car sits, hollow-spoke wheels and spax coilovers
The bad:
The engine is not fully hooked up to the car and will require some odds and ends to work (radiator hoses, tapping the intake adapter, a sensor or two)
The hood release cable is broken (replacement included)
Parts that can be worked into the deal or sold separately:
1.8 wiring harness
electric window regulators
open 1.8 differential
1.6 differential/driveshaft/axles
A/C parts
old race seat with extra driver's side seat rail
tail finish panel
13x8 and 13x9 Keizer wheels
14x7 Panasport ProRally wheels
15x6 STO wheels
2 extra PPF's
tons of nuts and bolts from the parts car
Bilstein HD shocks with new bushings
stock suspension
I'd sell the car alone as it sits for $1200.
I'd sell the car and all parts except the extra rims for $1600.
I'd sell the car, parts and your choice of rims for $2013.
I'd sell all of it for $2200.
Interested in selling the Panasports sans tires?
The Kumho slicks on the Panasports have some tread depth, but I have no desire to keep used slicks around. I'd have to pay to dismount and dispose of them, so they'll go with the rims. $400 picked up in Tampa or at the challenge.

Those panasports are sweeeeeeeeeeet.
I like them. I like them so much, I bought them for more than I'm selling them for now. They're legit "for racing purposes only" Panasports with slicks for less money than Rota's.
...And they're on the other side the country. Blast and Drat!
I've been a member since '04 but forgot my username, and can't PM. I'm very interested. Could you send me a PM with your email?
*not a canoe haha
They'll be on the right side of the country soon if nobody buys them, but SoCal is still a long way from Vancouver.
So, how close you'd say this thing is to running? Can I fly in, fix it in a day and drive it home or does it have to be towed back? I'd love a project for now, could you send me some more pictures @gmail

Price on keizers? And back spacing?
Unsure of offset on the Keizer's, but they seem about perfect on my NA. They are spectacularly light. Miata.net says 7.25lbs. The bolt pattern is 4x98 at the moment. I was going to have them redrilled. $400
Where are you located in Tampa? My wife has a class downtown for USF tomorrow. I may have some time to kill to crawl over this thing and torture myself.

Riverview. Close to Bell Shoals and Boyette.
In reply to white_fly:
Sorry haven't had a chance to call you back on this thing yet. SWMBO demanded food after class.
To everyone else. this is a RIDICULOUS deal. 2200.00 for all of it. sell off or separate receipts for wheels, sell spare parts(there are a TON of em) piece together a turbo setup/MS and have a legit challenge contender.
Needs for a daily driver would be to button it up, and a gauge hood. No rust other than the jacking rails that I saw.
So, the 1.8 parts diff, what does it come with? And is it at least a VLSD?
How much for the 1.8 harness?
Gene, thanks for the kind words. I need to sell all of this soon so I can get to California and I tried to make a price that reflects that.
The car has a 1.8 torsen installed in it. An open 1.8 diff is also available.
I'd like to get $100 for the complete set of harnesses (engine/body/dash).
WANT CAR PLEASE CALL ME AT 954 531 4682
JOE8670 is first in line for the car itself and I have another party interested in the Keizer's. The Panasports and parts are still available.
How much for the panasports and what is the offset?
How much for the Bilstein HDs shipped to 43202?
