Free.
Yup. Free. Just come and get it. I want it out of my yard. SOON.
It's an aircooled VW chassis that has been chopped 25". It was setup for a microcar (Subie 360), but would also work for a sandrail, dune buggy, or other crazy adventure.
Includes the trans, mismatched wheels, axles, suspension, and anything else you see in the photos.

Let me correct that. Includes anything else you see in the photos ATTACHED to it. The SVX and the El Camino are definitely NOT free with it!

Could you just tape that to the El Camino... for like a day?

If you are driving the SVX, you can CERTAINLY get back in time for jury duty. You might get arrested on the way, but the potential is there.
I have a friend that is fixin to put a Fiat 500 on a VW pan,and this may just fit without much work. Only problem is location. I will let him know about this though.

Needs a saddle and reins.
So, if I had a meeting in Atlanta with a coffee supplier we both know, and I picked this up the same trip, I wouldn't have to include the transportation in my budget, right?

If he's serious, let me know. I might be willing to move it north a bit, or other options.
Supercoupe, If it helps, it can sit at my place for a while (until you get to Atlanta).

He is serious about doing this. I even helped him move the floorboard-less Fiat body the other day. It was weird moving a whole car body with two guys. If you could get it north he would be all over it.

I can probably help getting it north, but not for the same price. I'd need to get something to cover the transport expenses.
How far north??
If you can't get it that far north, I'm in VA and have a similar project in mind (Fiat 600 at the local pick-a-part....)

Me: Honey can I go pick this up?
Wife: Where would you put that?
Me: In the back yard.
Wife: LOLOLOLOLOLOL!!!
Oh well, maybe next time. And in her defense I do have more project cars than non-project cars.

If "north a bit" includes Toccoa GA (30577), then I'll gladly pay you in beer.
When do you need it gone by? I would love to have it just for the trans and other parts for my baja project. But I won't be that far south until early Sept. Also has the front been narrowed or would a regular VW tow bar be able to tow it?
I wouldn't need the shortened chasis if someone else could use it.

Willing to help with transport cost? Truck gags on beer.
