The funny thing is, one of my friends was telling me how he wanted to find a CQ. He has an 034 log manifold and a huge turbo and not enough 20v cars to put it on.

Problem solved.
The things i would make a turbo do to that car is outlawed in most states under the "assault" classification.
It's okay. That car has the 01A transmission which is the weakest AWD transmission they made. It's only good for about 500-600hp.

Oh well THAT sucks. I no longer want this car. 
Mind you, some people can break a crowbar in a sandbox. But IIRC 034 had one in a car with about 600 crank HP and they were hauling ass up the loooong uphill straight-ish at Laguna Seca and bounced a curb, and instant transmission grenade. So we will call that the upper bound :)
Most people yank the 01A out in favor of an 01E. Me, I think the 01A is perfect for a four cylinder.
