Not mine but I could think of some fun things to do with it.

I imagine it wouldn't be fun finding a windshield for.

It has 3 wheels so I would assume so, it should be classified as a scooter, or motorcycle if >49cc.

I have a 1947 cushman, mine tops out about 45mph using both gears. That would not be a good street vehicle. Great pit bike though.

does not have to be good, just has to be doable.

Engine swap can be easy. Just has to be able to keep up with traffic

These are tricky to find with a title. If you have a title most states will title as a motorcycle. If not, you cannot drive on the street, in it's states that is.

Also look for Westcoaster as they made a lot of mail trucks.

Heck, with a bill of sale you can get it registered in Georgia no problem. They might ask to inspect it but that's about it. Other states could be harder like Pete said.

Dennis Carpenter has parts for Cushmans, and there are other suppliers out there as well. Cushman made the 3-wheelers long after they stopped the scooter production. Drop in a B&S Vangard V-twin and it will go plenty fast.

A friend of mine in high school had an old mail version of this. It was a bit scary the way he drove.
