We all likes us some E30, right?!
So...I've had this '85 325e now for a while. I haven't gotten too excited about driving it, so I figured I'd fish for a fun trade on here. Before you post or email asking "how much" I'll let everyone know up front that I probably wouldn't take what this is actually "worth" to most people.
What it is:
An appropriately rusty '85 2-door, 5 speed 325e. I put a new clutch in it. It likes to give you a hard time getting into second sometimes (most times...but I think it's getting better). It has very good tires. I replaced a few other things while I was doing the clutch. The paint is shot, the body is not the straightest. I think the odometer quit working at like 220k miles. P.O. changed the timing belt "about 15k miles" before selling it to me, for what that's worth. It runs and drives. I don't have sufficient experience (miles logged) to consider it "reliable." That said, I don't have enough experience to think it would be anything other than reliable either. What do I want for a trade? Who knows. Something rear drive...old hotrod-ish stuff...a boat...Ford 8N Tractor or similar...MR2...rear drive corolla...I could be interested in lots of stuff.
I figure it's a longshot posting it on here...with most folks being so far away. But stranger things have happened ;). I'm in Columbia, MO. Halfway between KC and STL on I70.
