Just pulled these from my car for stock ones as I'm just daily driving the car and not doing anything too sporty with it. They look fairly fresh, cleaned up great, and I got all new washers and lock nuts for the whole set.
Ireland Engineering polyurethane M20 motor mounts and trans mounts.

I assume those are M20 mounts? M42 and M10 mounts in e30s are not the same, FYI.

As cheap as I was selling the new mounts, it wasn't cheap enough? 
The trans mounts have maybe 4K on them - I installed them when I installed the Z3 shifter. The motor mounts maybe a 1000 or so. I installed those after reading the poly trans mounts shouldn't be installed without them for fear of busting the mounting tabs on the trans.
