Sooooo many things to say, but Im just not gonna...it could be a fun car, so good luck with the trade.
I wish i had the space to just buy this from you. I have so many horrible ideas for it. 
How recent is the timing belt & water pump? Where in IN are you? Would you consider putting a little cash on top for an otherwise gorgeous 1st gen RX-7 that has a mildly slipping clutch?
PO side he did the timing belt about 2 years ago. No idea on the water pump. I am an hour south of Indy. Hmm send me some pictures and more details on the RX-7.
To halftrac: No need to free up any space, trade me the Miata or something!
A coworker and I have agreed this thing is F'ing awesome, though we have nothing to trade. Or any money. Or could even find Indiana on a map with both hands.

all its missing is a "Z" on the engine code and the little green dot on the cluster...

No, I have put another 3000 miles on it and changed the spark plugs and oil at 180k since I first listed it.
Have you found a replacement for it yet? Just wondering what you'll be avoiding the cones with this year
Im working on that now. I have a line on an 84 300z turbo, which would look right at home next to your Starion! Miatas are also on my radar if you have spotted any in the area...
