Having lived most of my "early years" 50 to 60 miles north of Scranton, I loved the line "....not much rust for an '84". I would imagine trying to find ANY 25 year old car in that area...that is a runner, is no simple task.
being in the northeast, unless you keep your car in a garage from October until May, under a cover, with several dehmidifiers running 24/7.....you're going to have rust
