This was to be the heart of my Vespa 400 challenge car before fate intervened. This motor is CLEAN. It looked brand new inside when I popped off the oil pan.
250 for GRMers. I might still have the KO3 turbo I was going to install on it.
Interesting. I didn't know there was another grm guy so close. I'm in sisters,or man.
80hp of fun. That engine was used in a lot of bikes. The GSXr / Katana / Bandits.
Edit: How where you going to rig up the turbo? any bits for that?

My intentions were to fab up a stainless manifold depending on the amount of room. The car was destroyed before we got a chance to test fit and mock up orientation.
I was just planning a simple MS + boost build.

Its almost exactly as simple as that.....a bit easier on non-carbed engines though.
I had already CAD'ed out a log intake manifold and had the flanges ready for waterjet cutting. This was a seriously gonna happen build until the worst week of my life hit me and stopped everything for 6 months or so.
I have located the 36-1 crank trigger that I had made to work with the stock Suzuki VR sensor.
Sold to a gentleman who is going to stuff it into his 250cc Roketa side by side
