Would be awesome for Put-In-Bay, titled as a golf cart for the road. Crazy thing about that island is I am sure there are more unique cars per capita than just about anywhere else.

I wonder how hard it would be to build some sort of street legal cycle car. Since Michigan will license almost anything it should be possible.

Easeir if you do 3 wheels.

I know it's been over the net, but a guy I know here did a 3 wheeler, fully enclosed body, and gets somewhere between 80-100mpg with it getting to work. It's interesting to see on I94.....

No, at least not as it sits. It's possible you could get it titled as a home build but it's probably not up to snuff without major modifications. Like Alfadriver says, easier with 3 wheels because then it's a motorcycle.
