I can't coherently understand it, but I think its a dialect from centuries of berkeleying your sister cousin.

My wife is from a WV coal town, listening to her relatives speak is an exercise in patience. Very thick southern drawl, and it is a very slow tempo. They talk SLOW!
Basically he's not wanting low ball offers, and has a bunch of spare parts he's throwing in.
language barrier aside, thats really awesome.
My family is from Virginia. They all have some amazing iron around their houses. It's lucky I don't take a trailer with me every trip.... Just every other.

Is that Inwood, WV...or Inbred, WV?
I also have family from WV coal camps...different world.
Excuse me stewardess....i speak jive....
Ignoring the rest of the language barrier, that may be a decent price depending on how much bodywork is needed. I had a'68 for my first car. It's a lot more capable than an early land rover at a fraction of the cost.
when he says it looks better in the pictures than it is and he is offening "boddy puddy" for the rust i would guess it needs about 20gal to fill all the holes....they rot... a matter of fact they are known for their rot
