Have you determined if the aluminum LT1 or LT4 heads are interchangeable? I know it isn't a performance improvement but there is the weight drop. Pool of possible candidates grows with these in the mix as well.
I could change over to aluminum, but I'm lazy and only removed the one head since that side of the dual exhaust was white and the other side was fine 
Plus I am finding the iron heads seem to be undesirable and therefore cheaper.

tried, no dice, he scrapped 8 sets of them over the summer
