What you linked to appears to be a 60% off clearance sale to get rid of the last of the cameras that are 2 generations old. That's just a guess, though.

I've heard that Best Buy doesn't typically keep GoPros in stock at stores, only accessories. I checked FL, GA, MA, and VA, and didn't find any of the $80 ones.
I got my Hero3 Black at BB, at least all the stores in the metro have them.
I actually walked by the gopros at best buy when buying my tv and saw a price tag for $80. I figured it was for an accessory pack or something and kept walking.
I like the way Best Buy runs you through the whole cart thing and right before you get to the end tells you they don't have it in stock anywhere around you---
