Rear distributor is a dead giveaway that its a Chevy engine. If the seller is that easily confused, better count the trans pan bolts and make sure there isn't a TH200 under there.

Yep. It's a slightly bastardized Opel Kadett. Just a few people have rallied Kadetts, and Mantas which are extremely similar, and Vauxhall Chevettes which even looked like the "Chevy" product.
