Just the other day, I was looking at automatic '05-09 GTIs, because DSG.
This... is not an '05. And the listing says it is an '02.
There are both mk4 and mk5 '05 gti. Overlapping model years.
I was a service writer for a vw dealer for a while, don't buy that car unless you have a good auto setting around, or plan to swap to a manual. Those have bad sensor and internal wiring problems and you have to disassemble the trans to get at anything.
At least he got the bi-polar girlfriend VW reference right...
