NMNA blah blah blah, appears to have one of those stupid slant nose conversions and set up for an SBC(lol)

Not a slant-nose, just a fiber glass bumper. But an sbc would be....heavy.

Meh, I thought someone had pictures of one of these in the slant nose 914 thread

They did. It turned into a "914 with a bodykit" thread.

Well duh, that's all those conversions are anyways.....a porsche with a body kit.

This isnt, and the lack of marker lights threw me off on this one.

Those are probably fiberglass fenders.

I want that. Anyone coming east with an empty trailer?

Before I'd want that I'd want to see pics of the rockers, suspension points and the hell hole.

That one even looks hot on the hook ! My name is all over it, but it's too far from me to even consider.

Don't forget that a lot of these were rusty in the 80's.

I tried the 70's. Didn't like 'em...

Oh, absolutely. It's pretty much a given that whatever discount 914 that you pick up, you gut the inner and outer rockers, install 2x4 rails and 1.75 diagonals from the rails up to all four shock towers. Probably pop some lengths from the bulkheads to the towers and right across front and rear as well.

Cheap and strong and doesn't even have to look pretty.

The fact that the wrecker is lifting it and it hasn't broken in half yet speaks well of its structural integrity. I'd ask for the same pic with the top off and doors open. If it still hasn't broken in half, its a keeper
