Kind of want but not sure about the status of the poor little QR25
engine is toast. Very common to the model. The cat in the exhaust manifold breaks apart and gets sucked into the cylinder during engine braking effectively putting sand in the motor destroying the cylinder wall.
can replace with similar vintage Altima motor if the Altima was an auto
2.5 Altimas of that vintage do the same thing... Just try to find a good used motor...
