Chris it I a direct bolt on swap I did it with my fc years back. I did a complete suspension swap by my self in about 6 hours. Rear is easy just swap the whole sibframe with the dif and everything. Frount just un bolt a arms and the top of the struts.
Really easy swap.
However I would be tempted to take the shell and cut out the frame rail you need and weld it in to the t2 that would be easier.

I talked with the local junkyard last Tuesday. Trying to line up a day off of work to haul it to them.
