Mine. Has compression and pops on starting fluid. 57k miles and no title. Needs a whole bunch of love, but has "Potential" as realtors like to say. One of the early "Uni-trak" bikes (monoshock rear) but still has the old-style KZ engine.

I've changed the oil and pulled the carbs to begin cleaning them. Haven't ordered the kits yet but might get bored enough at work to do it this week (I'll include the kits at the $500 price). From there it needs tires, electrical work, etc. etc.

Would like to say I'm "downsizing" all the things, but that would be a lie. If I can't get any interest I'll probably take it to Barber Vintage Days & trade it off for a Yamahopper or Passport ;)

Located in New Orleans, LA. Trades considered.

Do you have the side covers?

No, but there's a couple on eBay for $30 apiece.

I'd be more concerned about the title than side covers, unless you're buying it as a track bike.

Depends on your state. Louisiana is a pain to get something titled if you've lost it, Mississippi for example, is an "anything older than..." state. I'd say check with your DMV if you're concerned.

There's also the "Vermont" route if you want.
