Who needs third. Just run it uo to red line in second and shift twice.
By red line you mean 4k, right?
No matter how much you fix it, it'll still be a Victory.
Stay far away. This model is notorious for 3rd gear issues. Sometimes it pops into a false neutral. Other times 2nd. Polaris never owned up/made it right. Solution is a new motor/trans.
You can't just skip 3rd and call it a day ( you can if that was the only issue) If you need to accelerate to avoid an incident and can't or worse it will cost you a lot more than the bike
