Well my van popped a head gasket and the wife's Jetta just got totaled so i need a car in the next week or so. I need to be able to hop in and drive it daily as i'll be using it to cart around my 10 month old. I prefer manual transmissions but will also consider autos. Here's what i'm looking for:

I've got $2000 to work with. Sadly i don't have the time to get too far away from Dayton for a car so i'd like it to be local.
