My Miata suddenly needs to be California-compatible.
Looking for 94-97 exhaust manifold and downpipe. Surface rust OK or even great, but can't leak.
Also need 94-97 intake box and snorkel (MAF not needed).

I don't suppose you have a Racing Beat header/exhaust you're looking to get rid of?

I'm not close with the Spec Miata groups up in this area, back in Maryland, yes.
I have one possible lead from a PM that I'll follow up on this evening, but shipping from Nevada just seems... counterintuitive 
petegossett - I'm taking off an RB, but I'm not sure I'm willing to give it up yet. Beautiful piece and simple enough to swap that I can see it being a trackday-only part. I'll let you know if I change my mind.
Shut, just threw away a whole exhaust system, end to end.
