I have a thing for '36 Fords. When I was four years old, my uncle had a '36 Ford coupe with a rumble seat. That was my first exposure to old cars. He was a true car guy and I think he's responsible for turning me into one too. He just died in July. One of these days, I'll scan the photo I have of him with his '39 Mercury taken back around 1970.

I'd love to buy it just to stick in the woods beside my house. Watch it slowly rot away to nothing, have lunch sitting in it until it does. Just a really cool "sculpture" for the most part.

It would be perfect to the left of the house, tucked into the woods, all covered in new snow . . .

Somehow I get the feeling that thing would just crumble the second you tried to move it. It'd never make it onto the trailer...
