I find that to be garish and over the top ugly. The entire 50s "wings" era was just silly to me. Like caricatures of actual cars.

I agree that the cars you posted pics of are beautiful, and I used to think the same about the mericun cars, but now I can't deny the beauty of them in their own right. Different yes, but still beautiful if you ask me.
