Ooof, if that was closer I'd have another headache to deal with.

I want it sooooo bad, trust me.  It's really not that far away from me, either.

I have no time or space for it right now.  There's part of me that wants to stick it under a cover on my parent's property in Southern Oregon and wait a year or three for my shop situation to change.

Oh dear. I have to move apartment soon but I'd live in a car for a month or two for that.

Actually, it's a sedan, not a coupe. Nonetheless, still rare, as most rusted away years ago. The want is great, but the distance is greater. I raced one for years. Revved to the moon- I conservatively redlined mine at 9000 rpm. X1/9 guys ran the same engine to 12k. Definitely the most fun race car i ever built. 

The photo I would want to see is there any rust where the front sway bar attaches to the frame. If toast, run.
