In reply to Madhatr: that is a good deal! any less would be a bonus. I know what I got for a Grand and that one is Twice as Nice. so, good to rebuild but hard to chop up at that price.

You are right, that is a pretty good deal. I just know where I sit with my cash flow and non-existent need for another project right now. It is probably good it is half the country away.

Wife: Cheap enough?!? You bought one for $600... that you cut up for PARTS!
Edit: I would also be tempted to drive it as a beater C4... because having a beater C3 isn't enough 
I seem to recall some Vette fellas once saying how they despised the cross fire fuel injection (was it '84 only?). Anything to this system stinking things up? If so what's the workaround/fix/replacement?
