Buy my SpaceVan!
Its a supercharged, Mid engined, AWD Minivan with front/rear facing 2nd row captains chairs and seating for 7. It drives well, tows well (3500lb hitch installed and 5000lb hitch included), and looks like pretty much nothing else on the road. It's a bit stinky with a distributor O-ring leak that leaks onto the exhaust and a bit musty from being a slightly leaky Florida van with a dead AC clutch. It is an amusingly agile vehicle that belies its stats and appearance and it could be yours. Buy it and tow a $2000 MINI Cooper S home (It towed it here). P T Josh Miller at G Mail dot Com
How many miles are on it? Any other issues aside from the non functional a/c and the leaky oring?
In reply to jimbob_racing :
It has 238k miles on it. The check engine light is on, the windshield is cracked, the driver seat leather is separated at the seams, and it could use a SAD shaft coupler replacement. I did the rear one a few years ago and it could use a new front one.
Oh those fold up seats are cool...
I bet that windshield is one meeellion dollars.
I believe the leaks come from the top edge of the windshield during heavy rains. The water then drips on the top of the center space-console looking thing. It is amazingly non mildew smelly considering the fact that it occasionally gets rain inside. It smells more like Rich 90's Toyota leather instead. :-)
So far I have:
-I have a large settlement coming and I need something cheap for my son until I get the settlement because he keeps taking off with my car. How flexible are you on price? I can trade cash and wire. I'm not talking about little amounts, I have big spools!
-I want it, I know what a Previa is and I want yours. Price sounds good even with the issues. I can be there Tuesday. I will jump through hoops to get you a deposit so you will hold it until then.
Lol-I love craigslist. Second guy of course sounds the best but it's Craigslist, so we will see.
I mean, big spools of wire could easily become cash.

Yea, but he needs the Previa to get the wire to the scrap yard.
I'd almost buy it to swipe the back 2 rows of seats, then sell it to one of the many folks in my town that would give me $700 to not ask a lot of questions like "do you speak English" and "you have to sign your name, will you please sign here?" "Driver's license?"
Alas, I wouldn't do that to you so I'm here to give your ad a BUMP
The young excited guy basically decided he liked being married just a little bit more than having a supercar disguised as a minivan.
The potential buyers got better-the best was a woman who texted me 7 times before I saw her first one and was giving me crap by the 7th one that I was ignoring her and I was basically a bad person. After I saw her messages and replied she explained how this van was going to be her chance for a new beginning and she was living in her daughters friends garage and her family in California was withholding a settlement from her that family and her local family were controlling and bad people, etc... Her family she lived near of course refused to drive her the 2 hours to come get it and she in multiple texts shared with me how she felt about that. She then was going to arrange a local Catholic priest or Mormon pastor to come look at it if I could just arrange to take it to get inspected her family in California would give her an advance on the settlement. I ignored the insanity at this point and got multiple several paragraph long texts telling me how I was ruining her opportunity to change her life and a bad person and lacking integrity for a variety of reasons. I eventually texted back that I wasn't selling her the van and to quit texting me.
The next group that came was a young man and woman with a young boy and with I believe the young mans father. They drove it, liked it enough because "all you have to do with hondas and toyotas is keep oil in them", offered me a check which I refused and instead arranged to meet at 7:30 the next night and they would bring cash. I was assured their word was their bond because they were both ex law enforcement, etc. 7:30 came and went and when I texted asking if they were going to come he replied that his baby had been in the ER all day and they had to pass.
Around all of that I had a bunch or texts asking about condition with the vast majority of potential buyers from 150+ miles away. 2 knew about all the glory that is the Previa and were really interested, but for various reasons passed.
Today LKQ offered me $495. It will be sad but I will probably take it Thursday afternoon.
Don't bring it to a scrap yard!!!
Don’t... don’t make me do this. You guys saw what happened last time an old Toyota was going to get scrapped.
(I bought it that night)
I’d love it, but I have no room. Period.
It's got to go and dealing with the crazies is tiring and time consuming. I would love to sell it to someone here or anywhere but it just isn't happening.

Do it tom. Please don’t make him scrap it. There’s soooooo much life left in it.
Previa cart? I bet it would fix the leaking windshield AND the A.C. issue
This would be a sweet winter beater. Wish I could use it for that, maybe next year!!

What is a SAD shaft coupler? Why do the rear most seats look a different color, and material than the front/middle rows?

SAD=Supplementary Accessory Driveshaft. Its the shaft that comes from the crank pulley where the engine is located under the seats to the accessories under the hood like the alternator, AC compressor, Power steering pump, and Supercharger. The couplers are flex couplings at each end of this shaft.
The rear seats were missing when I bought the van so I pulled some from a cloth interior van at the junkyard.
Annnnnnd its sold! Local car repair shop and small car lot owner bought it and is going to eventually do something with it.
That's great news, both because I've always halfway wanted one of those to play with and that I'm glad you didn't have to sell it for parts.
