Terrible pics, but I spy the original CRT info center in the dash!!! Someone snag it, swap in a 3800 SC, and bring it to Florida! 
With a deep clean and unbolting of that wing it would likely fetch double in price.
Most of these cars I see for sale rarely have much over 100k miles on them.

I actually kinda like the wing...maybe not that wing, but it sort of finishes off the rear of the car. I always felt these were a bit "meh" in appearance, but a slightly less Pep Boy's wing could look nice back there.
I think the wing works- just need to even it out with a splitter up front, some bosozoku pipes, fender flares, maybe some really 80s wheels. Something about a Buick done up like a goofy street racer appeals to me.

It needs a Northstar V8 in the trunk.
Lose the wing and I think they are nice looking cars. There's a house near me in a really nice area with two of those and a LR Disco.
Those seats are super comfy, they would be great transplanted into some other cruiser.
