Currently runs but hasn't been started since 2010?
Anyhow, at that price, if it's reasonably solid, it's awesome. Can't fly-n-drive because the extra parts won't fit... Not for me, I guess, but pretty flippin' rad.

Crap... I've got family in Normal...
Nobody in my family could find "Normal" with a Trip-Tick & a 3 day head start...
Stop drooling and buy it.
The challenge trip liberated all my car money so someone let me live vicariously through your alfa purchase and build thread
I can't buy it, kids surgery bills and what not.. but live relatively close by. If someone wants me to look at it.. send me a message.
Very neat. Probably a challenge contender in there with all the included parts.
How much power can these easily make? Looks like 2.5 or 3.0 v6. Fwd?
Robbie,
MIlanos are front engine/rear transaxle (engine speed driveshaft and two flywheels) with a DeDion rear suspension, and torsion bar front suspension. Looks like the front torsion bars have been 'replaced'. The engines do make some wonderful sounds, but are singe overhead cams with a weird 90deg rocker to get to the exhaust valves.
I have the specs for the Calloway twin turbo setup used on the GTV6's...

I was gonna say, looks like some tiny springs and a massive sway bar. Makes sense now. Very cool about the transaxle setup, but sounds like actually going fast will be a real fight to fabricate everything in that car.
Those wheels though...
On one hand, its not the Quadrifoglio model and it needs a lot of work to get it right. On the other hand, it is $2K and cool and it comes with the 3.0-V6 which would make it just an awesome toy.
