I'm over my BMW ownership.
New in the last couple of months. Crank position sensor, speed sensor, cap, rotor, coil, IAC, and a Ebay ECU. It ran great for about 2 weeks and now runs like crap again. Won't idle. Might be plugs and wires, might be anything. It acts like a electrical issue. Doesn't sound or act mechanical. I don't know for sure, nor do I want to. I'm done putzing with this car.
Automatic transmission that shifts fine.
Recent valve adjustment.
I installed a rebuilt AC compressor, but the system still has a leak somewhere. Only holds a charge for a month or so.
If it sits for more than a few days, it kills the battery. I think it's in the power window system. Probably in the circuit that keeps the windows active until a door is open. I checked the door switches, but never found the problem.
The odometer gave up at 200+k. I'm not near the car at the moment for a accurate reading. Assume the mileage is above 225K.
The clear coat is pealing and there are a few rust bubbles popping up near the sun roof.

For the $1500, for you guys, I'll throw in a set of 17" wheels with new, unmounted, Falken tires. If you don't want the wheels and tires, $1100. Offers accepted. I promise I won't laugh in your face or be offended.
I'm willing to store the car for a few months, for anyone that can't pick it up immediately, as long as it's paid for.
