On a serious note the engine bay looks pretty well put together in that picture. No weird wiring loom runs hanging loose or stray hoses running everywhere.
Thank god this is in Boise. I want this in an unnatural way. A total track beater beast with matching Rocco trailer. Needs 2k offer for challenge.

Not at all out of the ordinary for old/beaters/niche cars.
I came across this when visiting family in Boise over the holiday. The logistics of bringing it back to Detroit set me off on a complicated plan to buy a truck and trailer to haul it with; I'm glad I didn't follow thru.

I have been watching this cars slow descent from $6000. At this point, $3000 is insanely cheap for an ABA/16v turbo hybrid on MS, especially given it is surrounded by a fairly decent metal bumper Scirocco with a sleuth of go-fast-goodies.

Yeah, the 'or ill crush it' is always fake, I have never figured out what it achieves. Probably people dont understand what they are saying, like 'i know what I have' or 'FIRM - OBO'. 'Part it out' is different, which is how I read that ad.
Still, if he gets an offer for $1500 today I bet he takes it.
VERY COOL car and setup, BTW.
If I could get this to CT and had trustworthy local that was willing to check it out I'd be in at $2K
