Miles don't mean a whole lot on a MB from that era, new chain is a good sign, so is the fact it's not entirely dragging it's ass in that shot (rear air suspension is at least somewhat functional).
Glad I'm busing preparing for the challenge. This one is too close for comfort.

I got an email back yesterday. Asked what else it might need and whether there were more pics, got this:
