That's about as good of condition as you'll find them these days. If those were in hand I'd pull the covers, and powerwash them with a light trigger finger and simple green, them steam clean them and hang dry in the basement. While they're off I'd address any broken down foam by replacing as needed.

It looks to me like the drivers side bolster is almost entirely gone and then covered in tape.

Good catch, that could be an issue. If there aren't any available a boat upholstery shop would be my next recommendation.
Yeah, driver side bolster is toast. These are some of the most comfortable seats I've ever sat in!
